The coordinator and project head РК-033 «Protection of the economic rights» under the program «USAID» in 2007-2009th;
The councilor of Far East association of industrialists and businessmen;
Member of Social council at the Department of Internal Affairs of Primorski Territory.
Was born in 1957 in Novosibirsk. Has ended Far East Polytechnical institute of Kuibyshev (FESTU) on a speciality “mechanical engineer”, the Higher business school at Foreign trade Academy, the Center of preparation of managers at MINH of G.V.Plehanov, the International bank school and the International linguistic school in Great Britain.
In 1982-1993 deputy chief PEO, the chief of commercial center, the chief of department of market researches worked in Open Society “Dalzavod”. With 1993 on 2002 worked in bank system of Primorski Territory, with 2003 for 2007 worked in insurance system DVFO. It was selected the chairman of revision committees of some the large financial companies.
In October, 2007 it is selected by the Chairman of noncommercial partnership «League of credit brokers of Primorski Krai» which in August, 2010 is transformed to noncommercial partnership «League of financial institutions».
