NP "League of financial institutions"

The noncommercial partnership «League of financial institutions» works in the market since 2007. The former name of Partnership «League of credit brokers of Primorski Krai». The main office is located in Vladivostok. 12 consulting companies of Primorski Krai were founders of Partnership. Now Partnership unites about 30 financial companies working in territory of Seaside and Khabarovsk edges. The purpose of creation of Partnership – assistance rendering to the members in realization of the activity directed on achievement of the commercial, cultural, educational, social, administrative purposes, and also other purposes directed on achievement of the public blessings.

2007 – on October, 4th official birthday NP “LFI”, conducting the history from formation NP «LCB Primorski Krai».

2008

2008 – the Partnership opens the representations in Khabarovsk, the Find and the item to the Slav;

2008-24 January. At the second general meeting Participants of Partnership accept «the professional etiquette Code» and «Professional standards of work of the broker in Primorski Krai»;

2008-24 January – the grant of Agency of the USA on the international development USAID and the governments of the USA on a theme «Protection of the economic rights» is won;

2008 – January. The written notification of financial establishment of edge about the beginning of work of League in territory of Primorski Krai: purposes, problems, founders;

2008 – February. The first press conference with participation answerstaff Consulates of the USA on the occasion of reception by League of the grant of the Government of the USA;

2008 – February. Regional conference for banks, the consulting, insurance and broker companies on the occasion of registration in Primorski Territory NP «League of credit brokers of Primorski Krai» the creation Purposes. League problems;

2008 April. It is held the next Saturday seminar for inhabitants of Primorski Krai «Credit and insurance products of financial institutions of Primorski Krai and their “reefs”. A seminar devoted to development of recommendations to potential and operating shareholders of habitation;

2008 April. Educational center NP «LCB Primorski Krai» has started to introduce the curriculum «Universal credit adviser”;

2008 – May. In a conference hall of city administration the next Saturday seminar for inhabitants of Primorski Krai «Mortgage Reefs» is held;

2008 – April. The Contract on cooperation and interaction with VVSU is concluded;

2010 – January. NP “LCB Primorski Krai” and MOF “Commander” have let out a sign to the 65 anniversary of the Great Victory;

2010 – February, the beginning of interactions of League and the All-Russia Children’s Center “Ocean” on program introduction on financial literacy among senior pupils of changes of “Ocean”;

2010 – March. Participation of the Chairman of League in a teleconference with head of Russian consumer surveillance of Primorski Territory Maslov D.V. and head of Russian consumer surveillance of the Russian Federation Onishchenko G. G of a theme «Financial literacy of the population».

2010 – on July, 7th at the international scientifically-practical conference «Social responsibility, as a strategic choice of a society and business: problems and decisions», passing in VVSU with support of administration of Vladivostok within the limits of celebrating of the 150 anniversary of a city of Vladivostok with the report «Financial literacy as the primary factor of social responsibility of financial institutions and the authorities before a society» has acted the Chairman of League Ivashkin A.V.;

2010 on 13th of July in a boardroom on Coordination Council about an average and small-scale business at the head of administration of Vladivostok has passed solemn delivery of memorable signs “150 years to Vladivostok” to heads and members of Noncommercial Partnership “League of credit brokers of Primorski Krai»;

What for the League of financial institutions is necessary?

That gives you membership in NP “LFI”:

 The league represents your interests in authorities and courts.

  NP “LFI”, using the authority and qualification of employees and members of committees and working groups,  represents and protects interests of the organizations – the members in legislative both executive powers of the power and managements of subjects of Federation, judicial, law-enforcement, tax and other state and municipal bodies. It concerns questions of perfection of the current legislation and standard regulation, working out and passage of projects of legislative initiatives concerning functioning of a national financial system, participation in public hearings, a permanent job in the various advisory councils and committees, collective representation of interests of the members in courts on the questions concerning most of general and complicated questions of their mutual relations with various authorities and supervising bodies and disagreements arising thus.

The most the number of members is united by “League of financial institutions», the more loudly our voice.

NP “LFI” actively cooperates with mass media.

     NP “LFI” leads up the information on activity of a financial system and prospects of its development to a wide range of the organizations and the population. «League of financial institutions» and its members give special attention to the decision of problems on increase of financial literacy of the population. On these purposes use of basic information resources NP “LFI” is directed: the edition of special reference books, regular carrying out of exhibitions «Financial supermarket», carrying out of round tables for mass-media and the publication in them of information materials NP “LFI”, participation of representatives of League in transfers on TV and radio.

 NP “LFI” promotes development of competitive possibilities of members of the organization in the markets of financial services.

With that end in view NP “LFI”:

- Renders to the organizations organizational, information-analytical, methodical, legal and other help in the organization of their activity on granting of all spectrum of financial services to the enterprises, the organizations and the population on the basis of studying of the advanced foreign and domestic experience;

- Creates conditions for formation of mutual trust, prestige of the financial organizations, reliability and respectableness, development of business partnership in mutual relations of the financial organizations among themselves and clients. The program «trust Territory» is with that end in view developed and accepted;

- Carries out preparation of experts in programs of additional vocational training on the basis of Engineering-economic institute DVGTU and in cooperation with leading economic HIGH SCHOOLS of the Far East;

- Promotes development of cooperation of the Russian financial organizations with foreign banks, their unions and associations, the international financial organizations of the countries ATR;

- Carries out information-consulting activity in the field of economy and the right, the finance and banking;

- Informs the members and the public on credit-and-monetary, insurance both investment systems and the financial markets of region, supported the Internet a portal www.financliga.ru.

NP “LFI” gives to the members preferential and free conditions of participation in actions spent by it and receptions of services.
