The purpose of “trust Territory» – to promote development and advancement of the best an expert of socially responsible behavior of professional participants of the market of financial services in maintenance of the rights of consumers.

The given establishments have entered process of an estimation of influence on environment and the minimum standards on ecology, public health services and safety to which there should correspond the various types of projects applying for insurance upon various financial risks. Requirements about conformity of projects to country rules in which they are realized, and also to the minimum international standards, including participation of the public and state expert appraisal, have played an important role in increase of public awareness, and in actual realization of many projects the Russian Federation.
Many financial companies face complexities in advancement of the financial products, especially at a stage of start of the project, because of shortage of the prepared (non-standard) schemes of a conclusion of financial products. The existing educational and culturological barrier to an establishment of strict mutual understanding of consumers and financiers is still solid and demands certain diligence for their overcoming, and also time expenses, efforts and will. As access to Internet’у has received more distribution, the extensive information on «trust Territory» will extend, raising level of awareness of the population and businessmen, providing with that access to concepts, products and resources of a financial system of Russia and the countries ATR, and also protection of the economic rights of a wide range of consumers and financiers.
«The trust territory» supplements legislative norms existing in the Russian Federation with self-regulation ethical principles. They, without being obligatory for execution, represent the arch of recommendations for professional participants of the Russian market of the financial services directed on increase of efficiency and prestige of their activity.
Observance of the ethical standards put in «trust Territory», should provide – on the one hand – growth of trust of clients and the population as a whole to professional participants of the market of financial services. On the other hand, to guarantee observance of the rights of consumers of financial services by those who gives them.
